This policy explains how ASP Santé (FAS-APS Inc.) handles personal information collected through this website. It covers this site only. Patient records at Action Sport Physio clinics are handled separately by each clinic.

What we collect

We collect only what you choose to send us through a form on this site: your name, your clinic and city, your phone number or email, your message and, if you tell us, your timing. Our hosting provider also keeps standard technical logs, such as IP addresses, to run and protect the site.

Why we collect it

We use what you send us to reply to you and to follow up on your request. We don’t sell it, and we don’t use it for anything else without your consent.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses no advertising cookies or profiling tools. To count visits we use Vercel Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and does not store your IP address; it gives us page views by country, not who you are. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first where the law requires it.

Who sees it

Messages are sent to our head office. Two service providers help us run the site: Vercel (hosting) and Resend (email delivery). They process information on our behalf and may do so outside Québec, including in the United States.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purpose you sent it, then we destroy it or make it anonymous, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, have it corrected, or withdraw your consent. Write to the person in charge above. If you’re not satisfied with our answer, you can file a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.

Changes

We will post any change to this policy on this page, with a new date.
