Selling your clinic

You built it.
Let’s make sure it lands well.

Retirement, a change of plans, or enough of the business side. Whatever the reason, let’s talk quietly. We’re a Québec family business, running clinics since 1987.

Who this is for

Owners at a turning point.

Something shifts. These are the conversations we have.

Getting close to retirement

Stop on your own terms, knowing your patients and your team are looked after.

Done with the business side

You love treating. Not payroll, leases and recruiting. Sell, and keep practising.

No successor in sight

Nobody is taking over, and you don’t want to close the doors.

What happens to what you built

The things owners ask about first.

Your patients
Same clinic, same care. We plan the handover with you.
Your team
People are the clinic. We want them to stay, and we agree with you on how they hear the news.
Your name
Your clinic can keep its name.
Your role
Leave on an agreed date, stay for a transition, or keep treating. In writing.
Clinical decisions
We don’t tell physiotherapists how to treat.
How it works

Five steps, at your pace.

Nothing moves without your say.

  1. A coffee

    Informal. No numbers, no commitment.

  2. Confidentiality

We sign a confidentiality agreement before you share anything sensitive.

  3. Getting to know the clinic

Financials, lease, team. We visit when it suits you, discreetly.

  4. A written offer

A plain-language letter of intent: price, structure, your role, timing. Your advisors review it.

  5. Closing and handover

The paperwork, then the transition plan we agreed on, with your team and your patients.

What we look at

No price list. An honest read.

No formula. An offer comes from your clinic’s real numbers, and we show you how we got there.

  • A stable clinical team
  • Patients who come back and refer others
  • A lease that works for the years ahead
  • Clean, complete books
  • A location that fits the network

Good to have ready

  • Your last three years of financial statements
  • Your lease
  • Your team by role (no names needed at first)
  • Your equipment list

Why us

A buyer who already runs clinics.

We know the work because it’s our work. Head office already runs HR, finance, legal, marketing, billing and insurer programs for the network.

Questions owners ask

Do I have to sell the whole clinic?

No. Some owners sell everything, others sell part and keep treating. Franchising is an option if you’d rather stay the owner.

Can I keep working after the sale?

Yes, if you want to. Your role and its length are agreed before you sign.

Will my staff and patients find out?

Not without your agreement. We decide with you how and when they are told.

How do you decide on a price?

From your clinic’s results, team, lease and patient base. We explain the number, and your own lawyer and accountant should test it: how a sale is structured affects your taxes, so bring them in early.

What if we don’t agree?

We shake hands and part ways. What you shared stays confidential.

I’m years away from selling. Is it too early to talk?

No. The best handovers are planned early. A coffee now tells you what to work on.

Your message goes to Patrick Scheldeman, our President, and Sofia Bahhar, who usually answers first. Only the two of them handle it.
